We’ve been sightseeing and vacationing with Jared and Tania since Monday afternoon. We’re having a great time (but feeling a bit guilty about not being at the Visitors’ Center) and ending the day pretty dang tired!

We spent the morning today (Wednesday) at the Aloha Stadium and the Swap Meet. After lunch we drove up the far west side of Oahu and stopped at a beautiful beach in Waimea Bay. Yesterday we were at Pearl Harbor to go to the Battleship Arizona Memorial, then to the Battleship Missouri, and finally to the Pacific Aviation Museum. It was a great day as well.

Tomorrow we’ll go to the Polynesian Cultural Center. We’re having a great time and I’ll write a lot more about the various places next week after Jared and Tania head back home to Seattle.
