Dad is in the middle of a treatment for wet macular degeneration. The treatment consists of getting a shot directly into the eyeball once a month of medication that dries up the blood and withers the blood vessels that are causing the problem. This picture was taken just as the doctor got ready to do the injection. It’s hard for me to watch!
