The first Sunday and the preceding Saturday in April is the weekend for LDS General Conference. No local meetings are held and eight hours of conference talks and music are broadcast. A further two hour meeting for holders of the Priesthood are broadcast into chapels across the world on Saturday evening.

I really enjoy Conference weekend. We settle down in his and her recliners, turn up the TV, and get a wonderfully delicious spiritual feast.
