The TV for the video conference call is at one end of the room. I sit at the other end of the room at the end of the conference table. I’ve chosen that seat for a couple of reasons … I’m really small in the picture, and I can play with my iPhone during the meeting without being noticed.

The screen has room for four pictures but only three are used for this meeting. The top left is the room in Salt Lake, the bottom left is the room in Orem, and the top right is me all by myself in Pocatello.
