This house was built by Nina’s grandfather Milton Burwell. Milton was only able to live there a year or so before losing the house due to financial problems. Nina’s grandmother Elsie Burwell lived for a year or so in this house as a child.

The house was purchased in 1972 by a couple of lawyer brothers (Peliligrino) to turn into a law office. We stopped to look at the house and were given a first-class tour by the senior Pelligrino who had gone to great effort to restore the house and showcase the antiques that came with the house when they bought it.
