Trevor’s grave is located in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106.

This is a map of the cemetery itself. Trevor’s grave is in the far eastern section of the map in the “Vista Park Addition” section. The sign on the road says “Vista Park II”.

Trevor is in grave site 362. This map is a copy of a copy of a copy…. and some of it is cut off at the top. Nina and I also own site numbers 417 and 418, just above Trevor’s grave.

In order to help find the grave, I made a sketch of the location of a few benches as well as the names on tombstones next to the road.

This is the gravestone itself. Nina’s busy clearing away some of the grass.

This is the view from the “Vista Park II” sign looking towards the grave. The gravesite is near the tree close to the fence.

This is the latitude and longitude of the gravesite taken while standing on the gravestone. It’s supposedly accurate to within 30 feet…. While that’s a fairly large area, it’ll at least get me to the approximate location!
